CarePoint HC aims to provide domiciliary care that recognizes the value of independence, dignity and comfort. We aim to provide services catered to specific needs and wishes of our service users, giving them the support they need while allowing them the freedom they desire.

What we offer to our target population is a proactive approach and a professional and dedicated team of care workers. The ethos of CarePoint HC is to help our service user’s lead happy, dignified lives and to become and remain as independent as possible within a safe living environment.
Our inspiration has come from our Director and her observations of the social care sector, the demand for staffing and domiciliary care and the need for improvement. Our reputation will be built upon providing the highest quality of care staff to deliver the best service. All our candidates are screened by our recruitment specialists including face to face interviews. Our staff will have the relevant qualifications and experience for the services they will be asked to provide.

CarePoint HC conducts extensive background and compliance checks, in accordance with DBS check Guidance published March 2013 and updated January 2017, on all the staff members who are in direct contact with members of public; all information is held on record and no candidate is able to work without having the required compliance in place before they are placed on work.
